1. Sun dried Jackfruit

Delicious Jackfruit -  each petal or bulb as it is sometimes known is de-seeded and spread on steel plates to sun dry on our drying-tables. As the moisture content reduces, the natural sweetness  increases resulting in a delicious chewy snack. Vacuum packed to retain the goodness.

DISCLAIMER: All of our sun-dried fruits are organic, sundried, without preservative agent, no additives, no dehydrating powders. Colour of the final product may vary. Vacuum sealed to retain freshness. On opening the packet, refrigerate and consume within a week.
